Job Responsibilities: Supervise Wounder Warrior (WW) Consultants and other direct report staff within the call cell to the contractual requirements of Wounded Warrior Resource Center (WWRC) Call Center Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of WWRC and Military OneSource mission and vision and the ability to effectively communicate this throughout WWRC service delivery Effectively model leadership and create a culture of positive energy and dedication Demonstrate strong customer service skills (communications, proactive planning, data collection and reporting, organizing, and implementing) with the ability to engage in client and customer feedback Effectively communicate and coordinate between MOS Service Delivery, MOS Clinical Services, MOS Service Operations, DOD Program leads, and Wounder Warrior support organizations as needed to ensure timely and comprehensive program support Can resolve and execute on any issues that arise Effectively establishes and maintains cross functional and cross location partnerships Promotes business knowledge and perspective among all team members Effectively manage total service quality / address needs of client and participants in the most timely, least costly and highest quality manner Effectively manage the PMP process to include personal and professional performance and development Manage with a coaching attitude both individual and team performance Effectively manage the hiring process for open positions within the WWRC call cell Understand, implement and monitor adherence to HR Policies and Procedures and Program Policy and Procedures Manage time and attendance Maintain and analyze team and contractually required reports and statistics Provide dialy, weekly and monthly reports as needed Act as a liaison between WW consultants, Client, other support activities/agencies, other MOS departments Provide consistent and constructive feedback, including resolution to areas of concern Answer case related questions, problem solve, follow-up on customer recovery and monitor daily workflow Qualifications: Master’s level degree in behavioral health science or appropriate related field Minimum of two to three years of supervisory or management experience Proven ability to lead, and manage others in daily routine and crisis situations Computer experience and comfort with using technology as integrated tool for case management Strong business knowledge Strong customer service experience Strong customer focus orientation and training Three plus years of management experience Knowledge of Avaya CentreVu and WorkForce Management software Cross- location management experience Military spouse or direct military experience Ability to analyze workload and workflow to recommend improvements to enhance quality of service or create efficiency Ability to follow through on recommendations through implementation and outcome of results Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints Must possess the qualities characteristically associated with self-starting, team player, articulate and reliable Proven track record with negotiation skills, experience in conflict resolution and ability to handle confrontation within a team setting and on an individual basis Ability to forge positive work relationships and create an environment of team work/team cohesiveness Proven experience in providing recognition to staff members
